Skip Wilkins has performed with some of the greatest names in jazz, including Phil Woods, David Liebman, and Stanley Turrentine. His extensive international career and numerous CD releases showcase his mastery and passion for jazz. Skip's performances are a masterclass in jazz excellence, blending harmonic color and rhythmic dynamism.

Born into a musical family, Skip's journey began in Eastern Massachusetts, where he was immersed in the rich traditions of the Great American Songbook. His early experiences shaped his unique style, characterized by a deep love for subtle harmonies and syncopation. Today, Skip continues to explore and expand the jazz canon, captivating audiences with every performance.

Evan Gregor, a renowned bassist from New York City will be backing Skip Wilkins . Evan's mastery of both acoustic and electric bass  made him a sought-after sideman by jazz legends such as Gary Burton, Dave Liebman, and Phil Woods.

Evan's impressive career includes international tours with Grammy-winning vocalist Patti Austin and collaborations with top-tier artists and ensembles, including the German WDR Big Band and drummer Terri Lyne Carrington. His versatility shines through in his performances with a wide range of musicians, from Christian Scott to Darcy James Argue's Secret Society.

Evan is also a dedicated educator, co-founding CampJazz in Delaware Water Gap and teaching at the Collective in NYC. His passion for music and education enriches every performance, making each one a unique and unforgettable experience.

We're thrilled to have the incredible Ian Froman bringing his rhythmic brilliance to the stage with Skip Wilkins! Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Ian moved to the US to study Jazz Performance at Berklee College of Music and the New England Conservatory.

Ian's career is a testament to his exceptional talent and dedication. He has performed and recorded with top artists like Dave Liebman, John Abercrombie, and Sheryl Bailey. His extensive touring has taken him across North America, Europe, and Asia, captivating audiences at clubs, concerts, and festivals.

A respected educator, Ian is a faculty member at Berklee College of Music, Drummers Collective, New School University, and City College of New York. His deep understanding of jazz and dynamic drumming style make every performance a memorable experience.
