Jazz Nights: Elliot Bild Quartet

ELLIOT BILD,  trumpeter, educator, and composer has performed with, Orrin Evans and  the Captain Black Big Band, Don Braden, Duane Eubanks, Tim Warfield Jr.,  Norman David and The Eleventet, Conrad Herwig, Randy Brecker, Mike  Boone, Adam Niewood, Zaccai & Luques Curtis, Samara Joy, Bill Jolly,  and Pablo Batista, at such venues as The  Kimmel Center for the Arts, Chris's Jazz Cafe, The Clifford Brown Jazz  Festival, Smalls Jazz Club, Smoke Jazz Club and The Litchfield Jazz  Festival. Elliot appears on recent releases by  Bassists Richard Hill, Mike Boone, Nick Krolak, Organist Lucas Brown,  Trombonist Nick Lombardelli, and Saxophonists Michael Hudson-Casanova  and Skyler Hagner.  Elliot Bild & the Zone’s live  album, “ISMS” was released in November 2020, which features a  collection of all original material and a 4 1/2 star review from All  about Jazz. The Zone will be releasing their second album of original  music produced by Tim Hagans in October 2024. In addition, Elliot has released 2 books, Volumes 1 & 2 of "Car Licks"; transcriptions  of trumpeter John Swana. This dynamic group will be in a "Chordless"  format giving a different flavor to Bild's  original works. Utilizing Vic's unique setup, the zone will bring the  energy needed to give the listeners the ultimate musical experience!
